Bait fishing reef & sand banks

Drifting the sand banks of Fishguard bay can offer up a real variety of species such as mackerel, scad, whiting, gurnard, plaice, dabs, weaver fish, rays, tope, huss and bass! Using feather rigs to start, we look for the bait fish, before offering up our baited feathers or flowing traces to see what is feeding below on the sand banks. Our experienced crew will guide you through the different methods of targeting the different species on offer.
