Blue Shark Charters Additional Terms & Conditions for COVID-19

We are following all government guidelines and have implemented the following measures to ensure the safety of both our staff and customers including having completed the “We’re good to go “ industry standard.

Travelling

The Celtic Coaster buses are running between St Davids and St Justinians, all passengers are rerequired to wear facemasks and observe social distancing where possible. If travelling by car, there will be field parking available at St Justinians. Please do not arrive at the meeting point more than 15 minutes before your trip. Our boarding master at will meet you by the last gate at St Justinians, who will brief you and escort you to the boat whilst maintaining social distancing. Please do not go to the bottom of the steps as we will be managing the flow of people to observe social distancing. Hand sanitizer will be available before boarding the boat and once on the boat.

Embarkation

For safety reasons we may need to physically assist you during embarkation and disembarkation. This means for a short period of a few minutes we will not be able to maintain social distancing. We are therefore requesting that all customers wear face coverings from the point of embarkation until they have disembarked the boat. Our staff will also wear face coverings and we have assessed the risk as minimal with these measures in place as all of this will be taking place outside. Hand sanitizer will be available for use before and after this. It is the customer’s decision if this risk is deemed acceptable and you should only book with us if you are happy to accept this. If you do not have a facemask you will not be able to board the vessel or entitled to a refund.
